DRIVER’S LICENSE
The driver must hold a driving license at least one year and his age should be between 25 and 75 years.
Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers’ License along with their regular Drivers’ License.
CDW (collision damage waiver)
Full coverage insurance reduces the renter’s liability for any damage caused to the car!
Reduce your risk – HERMES offers to the renter full coverage insurance at charge 4€ per day which limits the responsibility of the renter in case of damages incurred to the rented vehicle in the amount of 800€.
No insurance coverage is not valid:
For anything happen to the car during the transportation of the boat.
For anything happen when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
For damage caused to the underside of the car, the roof and tires.
For accidents caused by drivers not stated in the agreement/lease.
TRAFFICE FINES
The fines from traffic violations incurred entirely by the tenant or the responsible party is obliged to pay the infringement of any fine to any police station or postal office.
Delivery
Upon request the car can be delivered to your place. (The charge is [ Km distance ] x 1€).
