INSURANCE

The renter is covered for insurance:

1) Death and bodily injury to third amount; 500,000 euro.

2) Material damage to third parties to the amount of; 100,000 euro

3) Full insurance, (CDW) collision damage waiver.

Full coverage insurance reduces the renter's liability for any damage caused to the car to the amount of 900 euro.

HERMES offers to the renter full coverage insurance at no charge which limits the responsibility of the renter in case of damages incurred to the rented vehicle in the amount of 900 euro; for example, if renter agrees to full coverage with HERMES, any damage to the car totalling less than 900 euro, (50, 150, 200 etc) renter is responsible to pay whatever the cost to repair might be. If damage to the car is in excess of 900 euro, ( 1000, 2500, 4000 etc) with the full coverage agreement, renter is responsible for payment of 900 euro with insurance settling the rest. Another option available is limited coverage of 450 euro with an additional 8 euro a day for as long as the car is being rented

The renter's liability for damage to the rented car is limited to the following amounts of liability:

No insurance coverage is not valid:

For anything happen to the car during the transportation of the boat.

For anything happen when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.

For damage caused to the underside of the car, the roof and tires.

For accidents caused by drivers not stated in the agreement/lease.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

The driver must hold a driving license at least one year and above 23 years age.

RECEIPT-DELIVERY

The delivery and reception of the car costs 5 euro within the municipality of Nafplio. For delivery or collection elsewhere in the cost amounts is 0.50 per kilometer distance from Nafplio.

TRAFFICE FINES

The fines from traffic violations incurred entirely by the tenant or the responsible party is obliged to pay the infringement of any fine to any police station or postal office.

ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ

 Ο ενοικιαστής  καλύπτεται ασφαλιστικά για :
1) Θάνατο και σωματικές βλάβες τρίτων έως το ποσό των € 500.000.

2) Υλικές ζημιές προς τρίτους έως του ποσό των € 100.000.

3) Μικτή Ασφάλεια (CDW)
Η Μικτή Ασφάλεια περιορίζει την ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή για τυχόν ζημιές  που προξενήσει στο αυτοκίνητο έως το ποσό των 900 €

Η ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή για ζημιές του μίσθιου αυτοκινήτου περιορίζεται στα παρακάτω ποσά ευθύνης:

Καμία Ασφαλιστική Κάλυψη Δεν Ισχύει

• για οτιδήποτε συμβεί στο αυτοκίνητο κατά την μεταφορά του με πλοίο.
• για οτιδήποτε συμβεί όταν ο οδηγός βρίσκεται υπό την επήρεια μέθης ή ναρκωτικών ουσιών.
• για ζημιές που έχουν προκληθεί από οδήγηση σε μη ασφαλτοστρωμένους δρόμους.
• για ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν στο κάτω μέρος του αυτοκινήτου, στην οροφή, και στα ελαστικά,
• για ατυχήματα που προκλήθηκαν με οδηγό μη δηλωμένο στο μισθωτήριο συμβόλαιο.

 ΑΔΕΙΑ ΟΔΗΓΗΣΗΣ

Ο οδηγός πρέπει να είναι κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης τουλάχιστον ένα χρόνο και να υπερβαίνει το 23^ο έτος ηλικίας

 ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΗ-ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ

Η παράδοση και παραλαβή του αυτοκίνητου κοστίζει 5 €  εντός του δήμου Ναυπλίου.

Για παράδοση η παραλαβή σε κάποια άλλη περιοχή το κόστος ανέρχεται στο ποσό των  0,50€ ανά χιλιόμετρο απόστασης από το Ναύπλιο.

ΤΡΟΧΑΙΕΣ ΠΑΡΑΒΑΣΕΙΣ

Τα πρόστιμα από τροχαίες παραβάσεις επιβαρύνουν εξολοκλήρου τον ενοικιαστή ο οποίος υποχρεούται να πληρώσει την παράβαση στο οικείο αστυνομικό τμήμα.
